I 2022 blev Init etableret med ambitionen om at forene de bedste virksomheder inden for industriel IT og automation i Norden.

Med forenede kræfter er vi rykket endnu tættere på vores kunder i hele landet. Et styrket netværk af lokale afdelinger har sikret vores kunder udvidet adgang til både specialiseret ekspertise og de nyeste teknologier inden for industriel IT og automation. Sammen arbejder vi for en tæt dialog, så du får de bedste løsninger skræddersyet til dine behov. Det giver de bedste forudsætninger for de mest effektive og grønne løsninger.

Init bygger på et fundament af 16 virksomheder, der er forenet omkring et fælles værdisæt. Vores ‘people first’-filosofi sætter medarbejdere og mennesker i centrum, mens vi samtidig prioriterer stærk operationel ekspertise, solidt forankret i vores lokale afdelinger tæt på kunderne.

I december 2023 blev otte virksomheder samlet under vores fælles navn, Init. Tidligt i 2024 fulgte yderligere to virksomheder, og i efteråret 2024 blev tre mere en del af brandet. De øvrige virksomheder vil fortsat operere under deres oprindelige navne som en del af Init, indtil de er klar til at blive fuldt integreret.
