With the acquisition of German-based metagram Solutions, Init expands its portfolio of digitalisation services to the life science industry. At the same time the group strengthens its European presence with its first office in Germany.

metagram Solutions is Init’s 17th acquisition since the group’s establishment in January 2022. With the addition of metagram Solutions, the group comprises 17 automation companies, employs around 700 employees and has offices in 9 countries across Europe.

metagram Solutions helps pharma and biotech companies transform from paper to digital through pharma 4.0 advisory and consulting. Init thereby adds to its range of services to life science customers across Europe.
