FH Automation's Software department

becomes part of Init..

FH Software becomes part of the group to strengthen our offer to the industry and our position in the Danish market with locations in Horsens and Ringsted.

Init was established in January 2022 and with FH Software joining the group, Init now has approx. 570 employees at locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Serbia, North Macedonia and Spain.

“In addition to the strong competencies and customer relations, the geographical location of FH Software will also ensure great advantages in customer projects as well as in the future recruitment of employees – together we will cover Denmark much better. This is another step towards our ambition to become the Nordic region’s leading supplier of industrial IT and automation solutions for the industry. FH Software will maintain its current activities, including work and project approaches, and the former management of the software department will continue with an ownership stake in Init.
